This isn’t going to be your typical therapy blog full of heavy research articles and long-winded quotes. My goal is to keep things short, approachable, and easy to take in—something you could read on your lunch break, share with a friend, or tuck away for later reflection.
I believe we all benefit from honest conversations that make mental health feel less intimidating and more human. If you have a topic you’d like me to cover, a book you think I should check out, or just thoughts to share, I’d love to hear from you.
